DFM Services
Nextek offers DFM and DFT review services to enable customers to develop electronic products that are optimized for manufacturability, allowing for higher yields and reliability during the manufacturing process.

PRODUCT ENGINEERING
Product engineering is the primary technical interface for a given customer's product. Our product engineers scrub the customer's CAD and BOM data using Factory Logix Checkpoint Software, then create a product flow for each assembly using Factory Logix Circuit Cam software. This electronic data is then reviewed by each of our manufacturing, quality, and program teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Nextek engineers also develop and procure tooling for each product build, including stencils, pallets, and fixtures. Programming for our Pick and Place machines is also generated by the product engineering group, as well as programming for the AOI systems. Additionally, this group is responsible for the first article verification on each customer's assemblies, and are the primary support for manufacturing on all technical issues
