Mr. Trummer received a BSEE Degree from the University of Wisconsin and had a very successful career for more than 40 years in the electronics industry. Mr. Trummer co-founded Nextek, Inc. in 1995 where he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board. Jim was very devoted to Nextek's business, customers and employees. He was loved by his family, friends and business associates. His presence will be greatly missed.

Survivors include two daughters, Larissa Ehly and Brian Juve of Cottage Grove and Adria Warren and husband Charles of Brooklyn, Wis.; and their mother, Mina Ehly.

He was preceded in death by his father, William Elmer Trummer and mother, Catherine A. Trummer.

Memorial services will be held Friday, July 16, 2010, at 5 p.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home Chapel, 2305 Memorial Parkway NW, Huntsville, Ala. with the Rev. James Harrell officiating.

In honor of this good man, a personal friend, and our leader for so many years, Nextek will be closed on Friday July 16, 2010.
